Poker Table Rental Pricing

As a general rule, a texas hold’em table with a dealer for up to three hours of play costs $270. Delivery/setup and breakdown/removal of the equipment is an additional cost that starts at $349. For events with 3 or more poker tables, we highly recommend including a tournament director, which is an additional $200. Other variables that may increase the cost include:

Our poker tables comfortably hold up to 9 players each. To determine how many tables you’ll need, just divide the number of players by 9 and round up. The more tables you need, the longer the tournament should run, to avoid a tournament that feels too rushed to the players.

As you can see, the cost of poker tables and dealers is based on a variety of factors. For more accurate pricing for your event, request a proposal today and a member of our sales team will be in touch.
