Looking for an easy way to greatly increase donations for your non-profit? Want a fundraising mechanism that comes with little downside risk? Well look no further - poker tournaments are your solution. You’ll know our cost up front, so all you have to do is sell enough seats to cover your cost; the rest is money in the [non-profit’s] bank.
Our tournament directors ensure your texas hold’em tournament goes off without a hitch. We’ll work with you ahead of time to plan for buy-ins, re-buys, add-ons, and even prizes. During the event, our dealers will ensure the game is dealt at a professional level and everything is fair. We take the headache out of planning and running the tournament, so you can enjoy the game.
As a general rule, a texas hold’em table with a dealer for up to three hours of play costs $270. Delivery/setup and breakdown/removal of the equipment is an additional cost that starts at $349. For events with 3 or more poker tables, we highly recommend including a tournament director, which is an additional $200. Other variables that may increase the cost include:
Our poker tables comfortably hold up to 9 players each. To determine how many tables you’ll need, just divide the number of players by 9 and round up. The more tables you need, the longer the tournament should run, to avoid a tournament that feels too rushed to the players.
