  • No substitutions.
  • Not available on any major holiday, or any Thursday, Friday, or Saturday in December.
  • The casino must close no later than 1am.
  • Must take place within a 40 mile radius of Hayward, CA.
  • We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion based on date, time, location, availability, etc.
  • Please let us know in your request if we may need to use any stairs or elevators during setup, or if you are unsure of spacing requirements.
  • Bookings are not guaranteed until a contract has been executed by both parties, and payment has been received.

Everything you need for a few hours of casino gaming at your corporate event/office party is included in this package, and all for our discounted out-the-door price of $3,859. We provide everything you need for the casino, including the casino tables, casino staff, gaming chips, playing cards, dealing accessories, and setup/breakdown. We also work with you to plan how you’d like to distribute our “Casino Cash” and work on event floor plans etc., leading up to the event. We’ve worked with many small to large-sized companies before and are currently in most vendor/supplier systems. Even if we’re not, our office staff will work with your AP and legal teams to make sure all paperwork is in order prior to the event.

We setup the casino in our “Corporate Casino Party Package” to include our most popular games, as well as a variety of others to keep the guests from getting bored. While Blackjack and Texas Hold’em are always the most popular options (we’ve provided more of those than anything else), Let It Ride, 3-Card Poker, and the Money Wheel are sure to increase the fun at the event. This setup offers room for up to 128 players at a time, which is what we recommend for parties with around 225-250 guests in attendance. Not everyone will play at any given time, so 50-60% coverage is what we recommend for any casino event.
